Advanced Class 8:00 - 9:00 pm                           1st & 2nd Tuesdays of Month

Advanced Class 6:30 - 7:30 pm                            3rd & 4th Fridays of Month

Grappeling/Judo 6:30 - 7:30 pm                          1st & 2nd Fridays of Month

Grappeling/Judo 8:00 - 9:00 pm                          3rd & 4th Tuesdays of Month

Sparring Classes will be held on the 5th Tuesday and Friday of the month from        6:30 - 7:30 pm
